Owen was born to Brian and Allisonaround 6:00 pm on Sunday, February 23rd in Atlanta, GA, and the next daywas taken by helicopter to the Egleston facility at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta where doctors told thefamily that he has a severe congenital heart defect,Shone's Complex.
