Sanctums of Solace, Sensory friendly Quiet Rooms at SLC Comic-con

Welcome! Sanctums of Solace is a non-profit organization with one goal: to provide a safe and functional space at public events that would allow those with ASD, Sensory Processing disorder, and other individuals with sensory needs to take a break from over-stimulation, calm themselves, and then be able to return to the event.

Through our pop-culture inspired quiet rooms, we hope to provide a controlled space that can meet sensory needs. With sensory friendly furniture, adjustable lighting, sound proofing, and other accommodations, individuals seeking to minimize their sensory input will find a safe, friendly environment where they can meet their needs and take a break before returning to the event.

We hope to serve Fairs, carnivals, Comic-cons; Anywhere. If you are interested in helping us make this dream a reality, please donate to the cause. We would also love donations of sensory friendly items, such as ear protection, weighted blankets, gum, stress balls, and other sensory toys. Volunteers will also be needed to assist our visitors when we begin appearing at different events. Please, help us give the heroic children we work with their own special place.
