Harley's Rescue Mission Completed! Get That Pup In The Truck!

This booster will help us raise funds for Harley's vetting costs and once she is fully taken care of any extra funds will be split among the organizations that helped create mission #getthatpupinthetruck. Those funds would then be passed to other animals in need in our community.

WE GOT HER!!!!!!! After almost 2 months of trying to catch this dog and complete mission #‎gethtatpupinthetruck we finally have her!
For any new to this dog here is some of her story:
I got a message from my aunt one day about a black lab looking dog wandering around her work in Bossier. A dog that nobody could catch....
Speaking with a friend we soon learned that TONS of people had been feeding and trying to catch this dog in Bossier City. I named her Harley because at the time Harley Davidson was our first known siting of her around November 6th. We were later told a worker saw her dumped by quick care late one night. I made a group in hopes that everyone could stay on the same page and come up with a plan to capture her. Help Us Get "Harley Baby" -Bossier City is her page.
A handful of us made a chat group and drained our brains constantly trying to come up with new tactics for catching this dog. She was too smart for cages... got close but never close enough to people... You name it and I bet you it was tried or considered. We spoke with businesses and got mixed feedback. Some thankful for us trying to help her... others telling us we should leave her alone and she wasn't hurting anything. This dog crossed busy dangerous highways multiple times a day... Harley DESERVED a home!
Today we got a message. A lady said Harley had slept in her garage one night and been hanging out in her yard. Jenniifer was in the area and drove by. She saw her! She tossed food and watched her. A few houses down Harley went in someone elses garage. Well turned out Harley had been letting kids pet her! So they spoke with the homeowners. Their children went out the front door and closed the garage door. Harley FINALLY trapped inside!!!! After all this time she was caught so easily. Our hearts can all finally rest! This dog has SO many people that love her already. She is currently at Benton Animal Hospital and will begin vetting tomorrow. The spot on her side that we thought may be a tumor actually looks like a protruding bone from an old injury. Harley is actually a very sweet girl. A little timid but definitely friendly. Shes a lot smaller than she appeared in all our other pictures too. We are so happy and thankful. So many prayers finally answered.
